Mark Twain once said “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness”, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts.  Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one’s lifetime“.

As someone who is passionate about the benefits of traveling, I have designed this site to inform and inspire you to explore our great earth, learn about other cultures, see amazing sites and meet folks who live differently than you do.  My husband, Brett, and I have been lucky enough to have traveled extensively.  Our style of travel is not expensive. It is efficient and thoughtful.

Along with seeing major sites, our goal is to motivate you to travel in a way that allows you to connect with people and understand what it is like to live on their little piece of the planet. In our experience, spending a little extra time in each location and appreciating the food, customs, traditions, and history of a location fosters a connection and treasured memories that are life-lasting. By sharing our firsthand experience and style of travel, I hope to empower you with tips, strategies, and the lessons we have learned as you create iconic, memorable journeys for yourself wandering YOUR way.
